Ryan continues to operate Regis Banqueting Limited as before and Dave has moved on to pastures new. Ryan Longmuir has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry and has built up a team of highly motivated and skilled staff who are only too happy to attend to each clients taste and needs. Ryan also owns a catering business located in Cumbernauld servicing the whole of Scotland. Since its formation in 2003, they have catered for many high profile corporate events such as Bentley motor cars and O2 mobile phones Christmas Party.
Chef Dave Buchanan brings together many aspects of business under one roof. Dave has worked in some of Scotland’s biggest and most exclusive resorts, also internationally in the Middle East. He owns a restaurant in Elgin and is continuing his post as personal chef to the Baron of Lee at his Lanarkshire estate.
